Hydrangea quercifolia 'Snowflake' is a splendid oakleaf hydrangea that produces large panicles of double white flowers, tinged with pink as the weeks go by. It blooms from June to August and reaches a height of about 150-250 cm. In addition to its long flowering period, it offers magnificent autumn colors in shades of purple and bronze. Hardy to about -25°C (USDA hardiness level 5), it grows well in both sun and partial shade, provided it is watered regularly during the summer.
