Polianthes tuberosa ‘Sensation’ is a rare and intensely scented variety, with elegant pink flowers that bloom in summer. Perfect for flowerbeds and pot cultivation, it loves full sun and well-drained soil. Ideal for scented gardens and for composing autumn bouquets, it gives an exotic and romantic atmosphere. In the garden it tolerates only light frosts (up to about –3/–4 °C): in colder areas it is advisable to grow it in a pot, as is done with Amaryllis or Clivia.
